Replacement Running Spikes

Each set of Replacement Running Spikes comes as a set of 12 and are available in both Pyramid for when running on grass and Tartan when on the track. They have a screw-in design that makes them easy to be changed over!

Pyramid spikes are great for cross-country racing. if you are lucky and the race is taking place on a dry day and dry dirt then the 6mm spikes are ideal. For muddier days and races then the 9mm spikes are what you will need. And finally the 12mm spikes are perfect for difficult terrains, fell running and steep hills.

Tartan Spikes are made to be used on running tracks. For sprint and running, events look at the 5mm for sprints and 7mm for slightly longer distances. The 9mm Tartan spikes are for Jumping events such as high jump and pole vault and throwing events where extra grip is necessary.
